Important Notes:
Plastic or rubber phone cases with a thickness greater than 2mm may need to be removed for proper operation.
Metal cases (or cases with metallic coating) should never be placed on the charging pad.
Every phone has a "sweet spot" for wireless charging. Your phone may not be exactly centered on the device while charging. This is normal.
