Where o had no issues with the purchasing process this particular product is horrible. The graphics even on an older TV with a low resolution (what you would expect tonplay these games on) are glitchy and poor, definitely worse than they looked on the original. Worse is the GUI. You can't search the 600+ games nor are they in alphabetical order, you litterally have to step through the list manually.
Another point which I would be willing to overlook but is worth mentioning is that the device only has RCA outputs. I have an older TV I was using it on so it wasn't a big deal but it would be better to support HDMI as a lot of modern TV's and systems don't support rca anymore.
This product is cheap and appears to be a Chinese knock off focused on pulling in money with the least amount of functionality as possible.
I messaged customer service that the AV cable which came with the system was not the one shown in the picture, and it did not have a red and white for the audio. I received no response.
its a nice little game the graphics are a little pixelated but close to the original NES the list has a bunch of games but not 620 different games as games are listed 2+ times each. it easy to hook up the game it self is small and the controllers are light not like the org where the controllers had some weight the action is delayed between button push and and movement on screen good for little kids but not for gamers but for the price its a yes
Purchased as a Christmas gift..love the concept.
